Amazing place to swim, see underwater Granite Boulders, and anchor nearby with white sand under your boat surrounded with blue turquoise sea.

One of the best places to visit in the area. You can either book an excursion for the day (50-100 per Person, usually includes a light meal), or rent a boat yourself in Porto San Paolo (starting around 110 for a standard 40hp rubber dinghi, no license required, fuel costs extra..it cost us 45 for a trip to both tavolara and nearby islands). Tavolara itself is very expensive, bring your own food/drink on board if allowed.
